I don't know that's a good question. I guess if they have the same number of chromosomes and all that good stuff. They're all birds. I want to try it.
awww =[
can you mix breeds? like..a parakeet and a cockatiel?
Yeah that is very mean. It sucks and I wanted babies too but Clyde killed them.
lmao, thats mean >=0
imagine if humans did that! xD older siblings would be eating younger ones left and right! =0
No one can get jealous of the other and try to hurt the other bird. I heard some male birds ate their own babies because they was jealous of the babies getting all the mothers attention.
hurt each other?! ohno, are they like one of those creatures that eat their baby's/eggs?!
Yep Clyde was the first. Yeah it is a hassle getting another bird. They're too expensive, and they have to know the other bird for a long time or they can hurt each other.
ANOTHER boyfriend?! wait..was Clyde the first?
yup, my bird is free...as a bird =P
its too much of a hassle to get another bird, but it would make him feel less lonely for sure!
Wow he have to stop that and eat bird food again or he'll loose weight. Oh I got a trusted friend to bird sit Bonnie and Clyde too when he was alive. Cool I'm going to see if my bird likes rice. Your bird changes his diet a lot. Hey is your bird single? Bonnie needs another boyfriend lol
bird sitter?! where do you get one of those? O.o
well, when we first got him, he NEVER drank water. and all he would eat was rice, you know, being the asian birdy that he is =P
he didnt even eat the bird food we bought him. but he seemed to have a change of heart and suddenly started eating the bird food. he loved it so much he stopped eating the rice.
we got him a new kinda bird food and he wont eat it :dry:
he wont even eat his old bird food! or the rice!
now all he drinks is water -.-
Ha ha shame of you for leaving him alone for three days lol I usually get a bird sitter when I leave for a long time. My bird just sit at the top of the cage too. I can actually leaves the top off and leave Bonnie and she won't get out, it was just Clyde that gave me a problem ha ha. You say all your bird eat and drink is water?
LOL ^^
when we first got our bird, it was a sneaky little thing. i knew how to come out of the cage. and my mom hated it so she locked it in for like a week. we kept arguing about it, because birds need to come out every once and a while! and somehow, being the genius parakeet that it is, it managed to escape! but it really did nothing but fly to the top of its cage and sit there until it got hungery
:shrug:
then we left it home alone for three days and practically hates us. is on a water diet and refuses to leave the cage. =/
Yeah I know, those lucky little bastards lol. I wish my bird would let me touch her. You know, my bird Clyde (before he died) got loose one day. He takes advantage of getting free from the cage whenever he can lol. So he flies around my mom getting away from me because me and my mom is trying catch him. he gets caught between the cage and my bike. I grabs him and sits on my arm. I go to switch him on my other arm and he won't let me touch him. I like hold on "You're standing on my arm and you won't let me touch you, you're technically touching me" I don't think he realize it. He was a weird character and he always looked piss off.
I KNOW!
but i guess they just have better senses being that theyre animals
:shrug:
Ha ha my bird won't let me touch her either. She stops and looks at me when I get to near. I wonder if birds have eyes on the back of their head because she knows when I'm right there when her back is turned.
omg, i so should!
but my bird wont let me touch him! =[ get so scared
haha, thats cool!
i know your birds mohawk was natural but i wonder if i can style my birds...
Yeah he died. I only have Bonnie now. Yep he had a Mohawk, Bonnie has one too.
